Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order.

If any items are out of stock, we will contact you promptly with an estimated shipping date. If the expected dispatch date is more than 14 days away, you will have the option to change or cancel your order for a full refund or alternative selection.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Because our products are classed as dangerous goods, we are obligated to send them by road freight only which may result in longer delivery times. Standard delivery timeframes apply based on your location, and may vary during peak periods or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

We take great care to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched as quickly as possible. However, BOTL – Blessings Of The Lord cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
